Altcoin Buzz TNT Score — Early-Access Waitlist

Effective date: 30 Sep 2026
This policy is written to align with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

Plain-English summary. This page explains what personal data we collect when you join the Altcoin Buzz TNT Score waitlist, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. In short: we collect your email (and an optional coin ticker) to add you to our waitlist via Mailchimp using double opt-in, and — only after you accept our cookie banner — we use analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4). We do not collect payment information and there is no login.

2 What personal data we collect & how

We only collect a small amount of data. There is no account or login on this site, and we do not ask for payment information.

a. Information you give us (waitlist form)

When you submit the form, your email and (if provided) the coin ticker are sent to and stored by Mailchimp, our email marketing platform. We use double opt-in: after you sign up, Mailchimp emails you a confirmation link, and you are only added to the list once you click it. If you don't confirm, your details are not added to our active list.

b. Information we collect automatically (cookies & analytics)

If — and only if — you accept our cookie banner, we and our providers use cookies and similar technologies to collect technical and usage information, such as your device and browser type, approximate location (derived from IP address), the pages you view, how you arrived at the site, and how you interact with it. See Section 5 (Cookies) for the full list and how to manage them. If you decline the banner, these analytics technologies are not loaded.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep basic server logs (e.g. IP address and request time) for security and to keep the site running reliably. These are not used to build advertising profiles.

6 Third-party processors & international transfers

We share your personal data with a small number of trusted service providers who process it on our behalf so we can run the waitlist, understand our audience, and measure our marketing. We do not sell your personal data.

Service providers we use
Provider What we share & why
Mailchimp Your email address and optional coin ticker, to store and manage the waitlist and send confirmation and marketing emails.
Google Analytics Cookie and usage data (after consent), for traffic analytics.

International data transfers

Several of these providers are based outside Singapore, including in the United States, and your personal data may be stored or processed there or in other countries. Under the PDPA's Transfer Limitation Obligation, when we transfer personal data outside Singapore we take steps so that it receives a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA — for example through the providers' contractual data-processing commitments. By providing your data and accepting cookies, you understand that your information may be transferred and processed outside Singapore as described here.

Each provider has its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of Mailchimp (Intuit) and Google for details of how they handle data.

7 Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes set out in this policy, or as required by law. In practice:

When we no longer have a legal or business need to keep your personal data, we will delete it or anonymise it.

8 Data security

We make reasonable security arrangements to protect personal data in our possession or control against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, or disposal. These include serving this site over encrypted connections (HTTPS), limiting who can access waitlist data, and relying on established providers (such as Mailchimp and Google) that maintain their own security controls. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
